How do crypto payments work?

1 min read

Crypto payments are processed through Cryptomus, an external payment provider. Kryon accepts USDT (Tether) only.

How to pay

  1. On checkout, choose Cryptomus as the payment method
  2. Pick the USDT network
  3. You'll see an address and the exact amount to send (price + network fee)
  4. Send from your wallet
  5. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the subscription activates automatically

Confirmation usually takes 1–10 minutes depending on the network. ERC20 may take longer when the network is busy.

No auto-renewal

Crypto payments do not auto-renew. When the period ends, the subscription expires and you'll need to make a new payment manually.

No trial

The 3-day free trial is not available with Cryptomus — it only applies to App Store and Google Play in-app purchases.

Refunds

Crypto payments are not refundable. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Cryptomus purchases.

Wrong amount or wrong network

If you sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network:

Always double-check the network and amount before sending.

Transaction confirmed but subscription not active

Send the transaction hash to support via in-app chat. Confirmation takes a few minutes; if it's been more than 30 minutes, support can investigate.
