How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password or signed up via Google, Apple, or magic link and want to add a password, use the password reset flow.

Steps

1. Open the password recovery page, or in the app go to Account Settings → Change password.
2. Enter the email tied to your Kryon account.
3. Tap Send reset link.
4. Open the email from Kryon and click Reset password.
5. Enter the new password twice.
6. You're signed back in automatically.

Constraints

• The reset link is valid for 7 days
• Only one reset email can be sent per minute per email address
• After resetting the password, all active sessions are signed out — you'll need to sign in again on every device

I didn't get the email

• Check the spam or promotions folder
• Confirm the email matches the one used at signup (typos are common)
• Wait 60 seconds and request another link
• If still nothing arrives after 10 minutes, contact support via in-app chat

I signed up via Google or Apple — can I add a password?

Yes. Use the reset flow with the email connected to your Google or Apple account. After setting a password, you can sign in either way.

My reset link says "expired"

The link is single-use and valid for 7 days. Request a new one from the recovery page.
