Cancellation depends on how you paid. Access continues until the end of the current paid period in all cases — cancelling does not immediately revoke access.
Stripe and YooKassa subscriptions
- Open Profile → Subscription on the website, or Account → Subscription in the app
- Find the Auto-Renewal toggle
- Switch it off and confirm
You will not be charged again. The subscription remains active until its scheduled end date.
App Store (iOS / macOS) subscriptions
Cancel through the App Store:
- Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Tap Kryon VPN
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
The cancellation is handled by Apple. You can also access this via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Google Play (Android) subscriptions
Cancel through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Tap Kryon VPN → Cancel subscription
You can also access this via play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Cryptomus payments
Crypto payments do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel — when the period ends, the subscription simply expires.
After cancellation
- Access continues until the paid period ends
- The subscription appears in Profile → Subscription until the expiration date
- You can re-enable auto-renewal at any time before the period ends (Stripe / YooKassa)
Cancel and refund at the same time
Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. To request a refund within the 30-day window, see refund policy.
