We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you decide our service isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase by following the instructions below.
The guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase. Once your subscription renews, it's no longer eligible for a refund under this policy (unless local laws require otherwise). For full details, please see our Terms of Service.
Eligibility
- The refund window is 30 days from the date of the first purchase
- The guarantee applies once per account — only the first subscription is eligible
- Renewals and additional purchases (including queued subscriptions) are not covered
How to request a refund
For purchases via Stripe (international card) or YooKassa (Russian card):
- Open the in-app chat in any Kryon app or on the website
- Provide the email address used for the purchase and the approximate date
- Support reviews and processes the refund
The refund typically arrives in 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Crypto payments (Cryptomus)
Crypto payments are not refundable for technical and operational reasons. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to crypto purchases.
App Store and Google Play
Purchases made through the iOS, macOS, or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds go through them — Kryon cannot refund these directly.
Apple (iOS / macOS):
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Kryon purchase and request a refund
Google Play (Android):
- Open Google Play
- Go to Account → Order history → Kryon VPN
- Tap Refund and follow the prompts
Apple and Google decide whether to grant the refund. Kryon support cannot influence this decision.
What if my purchase is past 30 days?
The 30-day guarantee does not apply, but you can still:
- Cancel auto-renewal to avoid further charges (see cancel subscription)
- Continue using the service until the end of the paid period
For special cases (technical issues that prevented use of the service), contact support — exceptions are decided case by case.
