How do I change my plan or upgrade?

2 min read

Plan changes work by stacking: you buy the new plan, and it queues after the currently active one, extending your total paid period.

Stacking

When you buy a new subscription while one is already active:

  1. The new subscription starts when the current one ends
  2. Your end date moves forward by the new plan's duration
  3. Up to three subscriptions can be queued at the same time — see subscription stacking

This applies to all payment methods (Stripe, YooKassa, Cryptomus, App Store, Google Play).

Switching from monthly to yearly

Buy the yearly plan now. The remaining days of your monthly subscription stay valid; the yearly plan starts after they expire. The yearly price is fully charged at purchase — no proration.

Switching from yearly to monthly

Same logic: the monthly plan queues after the yearly one ends. There is no early termination of the yearly plan.

Refund and re-buy (if you want to switch immediately)

If you want the new plan to start immediately and not wait for the current one to end, you can:

  1. Request a refund for the current plan (only if within the 30-day window and it's your first purchase — see refund policy)
  2. Wait for the refund to process (5–10 business days)
  3. Buy the new plan

This is rarely necessary — most users prefer stacking.

Switching payment methods

You don't switch the method on an existing subscription. Instead:

  1. Cancel auto-renewal on the current method (or let it expire)
  2. Buy a new subscription with the desired method when ready

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are tied to the store account — switch by cancelling there and purchasing through the website (or vice versa).

I bought the wrong plan

If you accidentally bought the wrong duration, request a refund within 30 days through support — see refund policy.
