How do I delete my Kryon account?

2 min read

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Auto-renewal is handled automatically for web payments, but App Store and Google Play subscriptions still need to be cancelled manually.

Steps

  1. Open the profile settings, or in the app go to Account Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

After confirmation:

Active subscription

What happens to a paid subscription depends on how you paid:

Stripe (international card) and YooKassa (Russian card): Auto-renewal is cancelled automatically as part of account deletion — you will not be charged again. The current paid period continues until its end (you don't get access back, but no further charges occur). If the cancellation fails for technical reasons, the deletion is blocked and you'll see an error — try again or contact support.

Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchase): The deletion shows a warning: the subscription must be cancelled manually in your device settings. Server-side cancellation is not possible for IAPs. Cancel here:

If you don't cancel before deletion, you'll keep being charged by Apple or Google for a service you can no longer access.

Cryptomus (cryptocurrency): Crypto payments don't have auto-renewal. Nothing to cancel.

Refund

Account deletion does not trigger a refund. If your purchase is within the 30-day window, request a refund before deleting (refunds need an active account).

Can I recover the account later?

No. Once deleted, the account cannot be restored. Sign-up with the same email creates a new, independent account without the previous subscription or device history.
