Kryon supports several sign-in methods. Pick the one that fits your situation.
Email and password
- Open the sign-in page or tap Sign In in the app.
- Enter your email and password.
- Tap Sign in.
The session stays active for 30 days; access tokens refresh in the background.
Sign in with Google
Tap Continue with Google and choose the Google account linked to your Kryon profile. Available on all platforms.
Sign in with Apple
Tap Continue with Apple and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. Available on iOS, macOS, and the web. On Android use Google or email.
Magic link (passwordless)
If you signed up via guest checkout, Kryon emailed you a one-time link. Click it within one hour to sign in. After that, you may reset the password to set one for future logins.
Sign in on another device (QR code or login code)
If you're already signed in on one device, you can sign in on another without typing the password — see sign in on another device.
I forgot my password
Use password reset. The link is valid for 7 days, and only one reset email per minute can be sent.
I keep getting "Invalid credentials"
- Confirm the email is correct and not a typo from a different account
- Caps Lock off
- If you copy-pasted the password from a password manager, paste it manually — some managers add invisible characters
- After 5 failed attempts per minute the login is rate-limited; wait 60 seconds and try again
- If you originally signed up via Google or Apple, password sign-in won't work — use the original method
